In conclusion, women would greatly benefit from a work-study program a successful work-study program in STEM that would allow them to balance work and academics, thus increasing work–study facilitation. While work-study is just one of many solutions, work-study programs across the globe have measurably positive effects on student achievement in academics and employment. In addition, students who have participated in work-study have attained skills that will be essential in their future professional careers.
